It is utilized for preparing porridge, dessert, noodles, bread, & Chinese black rice cake. Belongs to the species of Oryza Sativa, this rice has high amount of fiber with mild & nutty taste. Also known as purple rice, it turns deep purple in color after cooking due to the presence of anthocyanin content.
